This American Life is a radio show created by WBEZ. Each episode has a theme and is based off stories that are like movies for the radio. The show is viewed by their producers as an experiment and is not a news or talk show. This American Life applies the tools of journalism to everyday lives and stories.

This project is a creative book that could is sold in bookstores to promote This American Life. It features stories about people with “live imaginations” in the form of transcripts from the radio show. Each story has a
custom made die-cut that goes along with the narration.
